Throw Your Own Valentine’s Day Soiree

Have you ever attended an adut Valentine’s Day party?  If you’re like me, you’re probably squinting your eyes with a tilted head, thinking – “Huh? A Valentine’s Day Party? Uhm, no I don’t think so.” I think the last ‘Balentime’s Day’ Party I went to was in the fifth grade.  Not since those innocent elementary school days have the majority of us went to one.  And didn’t the thought of it bring a smile to your face?

The whole ambiance – even as a child – was a memorable experience.  The trip to the store with your mother and going from shelf to shelf, looking intently at one colorful box of Wonder Woman, 6 Million Dollar Man and Three Stooges cards caused you to grin so deeply at the thought that a few of those boxes would actually be in your hands in a matter of minutes. And remember after you’d made your selection, of how you couldn’t wait to get home and pen your classmates first and last name to those bright red envelopes!  Ahhh – good times!

Well, you can create that same experience by purchasing some Valentine’s Day invitations for your upcoming soiree!  WTW?  Yes! Why not do something out the box this year and host your own Valentine’s Day Soiree!  Just think of how your guests will feel when they open their Valentine’s Day Cards; cleverly disguised as your Valentine’s Day Soiree invites!  Oh, the joy!

Now we aren’t event planners, but one things for sure; we can definitely assist you with some of the most fashionably chic and affordable invites for your shin dig!  Take a look a few; but remember you can adjust the wording to your liking.

Take a look!

Did You Get Your Thanksgiving Greeting Cards?

Thanksgiving is less than three (3) days away and if you haven’t already purchased your Thanksgiving Greeting Cards, it’s probably for one or more reasons;

1.    You didn’t know there was such a thing as a Thanksgiving Day greeting card.
2.    You can’t afford them.
3.    You don’t think its necessary.
4.    You frankly don’t care.

Whatever your reason, it doesn’t stop the fact that yes, they do exist and yes, you probably haven’t purchased yours.  So what can you do?

Well, you can order yours RIGHT NOW, I mean at this very moment at invitationwarehouse.com and trust that the United States Post Office will get them to you and your recipients in less than three days.  Or you can eagerly learn from your mistake, get on the ball, and order your Christmas Greeting Cards today….not tomorrah! I digress; but there’s this commercial where this attorney says that he needs to get started on your case today not….sorry I digressed again!

But since you didn’t purchase any and with all the holiday buzz, you’re in the mood; there is something that you can do and that’s send a Thanksgiving eCard.  No, it’s not as personal, memorable or chic as our embossed, translucent overlaid with tasteful appliques and unique font type Greeting Cards; but hey – its better than nothing.  So, you ready to get started? All you need to do is open a message from your preferred email provider, cut, paste, and send one of these baby’s as our message;

Here’s a few examples;

‘So thankful that you stood by me through the good, the bad, and the ugly.’

‘I'm thankful you didn’t give up on me when everyone else did
 and stayed with me when no one else would.’

‘I know I don’t deserve to have you in my life, but I’m so thankful that I do.’

‘No one else on earth could put up with me; but I’m so thankful that you do.’

‘You’re the only person I know that could love me the way you do
and I’m so thankful that you do.’

‘Why you love me, I’ll never figure out.  But the fact that you like me
is truly amazing and I’m so thankful that you do.’

‘The way you stayed in the kitchen and decorated to make this Thanksgiving special for us
is just one of the reasons I’m truly thankful for you.’

Wasn’ that quick, simple and it didn’t cost a thing! Now, don’t try this for Christmas.  You’re definitely going to have to go all out and purchase some thermo graphed, embossed, formal Christmas cards so just head on over to invitationwarehouse.com today…not tomorrah!

Vintage Wedding Invitations

What’s going on in the World of Wedding Invitations?  Seems like anything vintage.  But if you’re a millennial, you might not have a clue as to what vintage means.

Ordinarily, when you hear the word vintage, you think of wine because it usually pertains to an exceptionally fine wine from a particular harvest1.  But vintage, as it pertains to wedding invitations, doesn’t have anything to do with wine.  Oh, don’t get me wrong; a bottle or two of Romanée-Conti circa 19972 would be simply de-light-ful at your wedding.  But when we say Vintage Wedding Invitations, we’re speaking of first-class wedding invites that give you that old world feel.

Vintage Wedding Invitations were popular long before neon greens and bright yellows were the pop colors for wedding invitations.  Back then, as it also seems today, a more colonial style invite with colors ranging from hydrangeas to taupes would have guaranteed open mouths and wide eyes when your guests opened their calligraphy addressed envelopes.  The old cliché that everything comes back around seems also to apply to wedding invitations.  Take a look at some Vintage Wedding Invitations from our Carlson Craft collection.

Now what was your first impression? Be totally honest.  Wasn’t it something along the lines of royal or regal?  Sure it was!  The embellished lace and Florentine tapestry just screams, ‘We’re rich!’ doesn’t it? LOL! No, but seriously; that chocolate Disney Fairytale Wedding Lace Invite was trés chic and simply gorgeous!  And if you’re planning a winter wedding, these Vintage Wedding Invitations would be perfect for your wintery guests.  There’s even a Vintage Charm Pen Set, Vintage Floral Guest Book, and Vintage Favor Cards.  So are you ready to order?  Visit invitationwarehouse.com today!

Ideas to Say Thank You This Thanksgiving!

So you’re not the touchy, feely, mushy type.  You’re not the kind to go around hugging everyone’s neck and telling people how special they are.  I get it.  But believe it or not, even you need a hug every now and then.  Maybe you’re from the old school where emotions aren’t openly expressed or perhaps you grew up ‘in the hood’ where the only love you could express was for the block.  Either way, you have a problem expressing your thankfulness but deep down, you would truly like to.  Not to worry!  Your silent cry has been heard and no one is going to take advantage of you if you do express your thanksgiving and here’s a simple way to insure it; send Thanksgiving Day greeting cards!  Yep!

Let the card express what’s in your heart this year.  That way you can still keep your personality, demeanor, and even your unusually indifferent swag.  How?  Take a look at this card.  All you need to do now is write a simple sentence of why you’re honestly thankful for that person and you’re done.

Here’s a few examples;

‘The way you stayed in the kitchen and decorated to make this Thanksgiving special for us is just one of the reasons I am truly thankful for you.’

Those are just a few examples of how you can express yourself this Thanksgiving holiday season.  Plus, you’ll get extra ‘cool points’ because you not only expressed your feelings; but you took the time to purchase a thermo graphed, embossed, formal greeting card and spent money to do it!  Yay you! Now are you ready to purchase your Thanksgiving greeting cards and let the card do the talking for you?  Visit invitationwarehouse.com today! And don’t worry; we’ll rerun this post in November in case you procrastinate again this year!
